Organisations with regular business in Africa can charter an aeroplane exclusively for their own use, while others prefer to pool resources and arrange a joint charter. From a single flight to a three-year contract, you can extend your charter agreement with us whenever you like. And if you don’t need a whole airplane, we can try to help you to consolidate your flight with other companies.

NGOs, international companies, civil servants and embassy personnel regularly charter our aircraft for up to three years at a time. Our ad hoc charter flights to any destination in Africa are often used by adventure travellers and for business trips.
The EU-commision has a long-term agreement with Air Traffic that has grown into a mini-airline dedicated to provide every EU embassy with secure air transport. We also regularly fly passengers and cargo for NGOs such as ACF, UNICEF, MERLIN, MSF, VSF and ILO.
Helena Rame (Flight Operations Director) and Helmuth Rame (Managing Director) has operated aircraft all over eastern, central and southern Africa before establishing Air Traffic Ltd in 2004. Today, 65 full-time professionals work for us in either Operations or Maintenance.
